This is one of my custom figures. It began life as a Hasbro 12″ figure, but there really isn’t any of that left.

I slowly upgraded the Hasbro version, starting with the same clothes and head on a different (more pose-able) body. Then came a different head sculpt from the older Sideshow figure, along with a new holster. It just snowballed after that. New Hot Toys clothes, custom 1/6 boots from ebay, and a 3rd head sculpt, this time a custom from ebay. While I’m not 100% happy with the likeness, it sure beats the Hasbro version. On top of that, it’s been fun to put
together.
